On January 9 and 10, 2025, Cork Medical came together at the Westin Indianapolis to celebrate record growth and success, employee accomplishments, participate in education and development trainings, and realign the team to head toward another record setting year in 2025. Themed Scaling New Heights, the conference focused on three key objectives: educating employees through career development seminars, aligning teams around shared values and goals for the future, and celebrating individual and collective achievements.
To kick things off, our 2024 leadership exploration and development (L.E.A.D) class showed off their newly acquired leadership skills through interactive presentations. Additionally, we honored the first graduates of our new level two L.E.A.D class. Amongst those graduates were six emerging leaders:

The L.E.A.D. program, founded in late 2019, is a leadership development program designed to help new and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership skills by understanding how to lead through change and conflict, the difference between accountability and ownership, as well as managing time and energy effectively.
Later that night, Rehab Medical and Cork Medical came together at Crane Bay Event Center to recognize our outstanding sales and operational leaders of 2024. Those who were recognized for their outstanding achievements received an all-expenses paid trip to Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. Check out the award winners below!
